Registration

The registration fee will include access to all conference sessions, a delegate bag and handbook, catering throughout each day, the Welcome Reception (Saturday, 6th July) and the NZALT 50th Anniversary Reception (Sunday, 7th July). The member rate is open to all current members of NZALT, as well as AFMLTA and members of Associations affiliated with FIPLV.

Tickets for our Conference Dinner (Monday 8th July) Under the Dome of the Auckland War Memorial Museum may be purchased for an additional NZ$100. Tickets for the dinner can be ordered as part of the registration process.

All registration fees are displayed in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% GST. The key dates shown below are in New Zealand time (+12GMT). For any registration queries, please email nzalt2024@auckland.ac.nz.

How to Register

Our registration portal is live. Registration options are available for groups and individuals with choices of payment method.

Payment by Bank via Account2Account for NZ and AU banks and via Invoice is available for single and group registrations (multiple attendees, one invoice). Please note that the invoice option will be available only until 20 May 2024. See the list of Account2Account-supported banks here.

Payment by Credit via Visa and Mastercard. This is available for single registrations. Please note that convenience fees will be applied.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • There will be no refunds to presenting authors.
  • Cancellations by paid registrants (non-authors) made no later than 90 days prior to the conference may be eligible for a partial refund. Any request for a refund is at the discretion of the conference committee.
  • Alternative to refund – paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organisation. The request for this must be received no later than 72 hours before the conference starts.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to nzalt2024@auckland.ac.nz.
